Took a “slowish” walk today. Still managed to work up a sweat. You know, when the 3 year old comes in to tell me that he has just peed on the floor, and I look at the online stopwatch showing that I have four minutes left, I imagine the urine soaking into the carpet and think, some things are just more important than others. And one of those things is that I get my complete workout, otherwise heads will roll. So here I go, trying to figure out how to get the smell out of the carpet, but doggone it, I got my walk in. I am reading an awesome book called “Rethinking Depression” and I totally get it. Maybe I’ll write about it sometime.
